We’re excited to share that Kyle Leroy, a teacher at LHS, has been named October’s Rockstar Teacher and the district staff member of the month! He was also recognized at the Board of Education meeting on November 18 for his meaningful impact at Larned High School and beyond.
Known for "keeping everyone in rhythm," Mr. Leroy exemplifies our core value of SUPPORT by balancing focus and fun in his classroom. Students had plenty of great things to say about him: “He always helps us when we’re stuck and goes over things until we understand,” and, “He makes learning fun while keeping us on track.” Another student shared, “He makes everyone’s day better and keeps the class enjoyable while making sure we succeed.”
Mr. Leroy’s dedication to his students and his supportive, uplifting classroom make him a true asset to our school. Congratulations, Mr. Leroy, on these well-deserved honors!
