QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Having issues with the Chromebook turning on or pages not loading? Try these recommendations:

  • Make sure the Chromebook is charged

  • Check the WiFi connection

  • Click Gopher icon to clear cache & browsing data

  • Restart the Chromebook

  • If the Chromebook will not turn on, connect to the charger then hold the refresh & power key for 10 seconds
