Having issues with the Chromebook turning on or pages not loading? Try these recommendations:
Make sure the Chromebook is charged
Check the WiFi connection
Click Gopher icon to clear cache & browsing data
Restart the Chromebook
If the Chromebook will not turn on, connect to the charger then hold the refresh & power key for 10 seconds
