Debbie Makings, a Pre-K Teacher at Ft. Larned Elementary, earned a nomination as an Empowering Leader for her remarkable work in organizing the Summer Kids Meals program. Her dedication to ensuring children in the community receive nutritious meals during the summer break has not only made her a leader among her colleagues but a role model for all ages.
Catrina McGurk, Ft. Larned Elementary Principal, was nominated for her unwavering passion for education and the youth in our community. She has proven herself as an extraordinary leader within the school community, leaving a lasting impact.
Brady Keith, Larned High School English teacher and first-year head football coach, received a nomination for his tireless dedication to students.
