We have 51 seniors this year, and we’d love to see each one matched with someone from our community. You’re welcome to request a specific student (if they haven’t already been picked), or we can pair you with one.
We recommend spending around $20–$30 on a small gift. Just make sure it’s dropped off at the LHS office by Monday, May 12 so we can get it to your senior before graduation.

Mr. Scheideman and his crew were up bright and early on April 5 for a forensics tournament in Coldwater—and their hard work paid off!
LHS took four students: Erin Tims, Brayden Smith, Emma Corman, and Troy Hemken. Each competed in three events, and 11 out of 12 entries made finals!
• Erin: 1st in Impromptu & Oration
• Erin & Emma: 1st in IDA
• Emma: 3rd in Improvised Duet Acting
• Troy: 1st in Extemp, 4th in Impromptu, 6th in Prose
• Brayden: 5th in Informative, 6th in Extemp, 7th in Impromptu
Erin, Emma, and Troy all qualified for State! LHS brought home 3rd place overall as a school.
