
We have the best days at FLES! PTO recognized our top 3 trash bag sellers and our entire staff for all they do for our kids. Then we kicked off the Book Fair with a snowball fight and "white out" with Mr. Sleder, Mrs. Keith, and Mrs. McGurk from the coin drive. Thank you parents!





Congratulations to the Larned High School fall season State Qualifiers. Halle Barker - Golf, Cierra Nord - Cross Country, Audrey Manry, Ava Mull, Ella McNett - Tennis. They were recognized by the Pawnee County Commissioners this morning.

The LMS boys were not to be outdone by the girls. The 7th, 8th and C teams all won close games tonight against the Lyons Lions. Good work Tribe.

The Larned High School, FFA Welding Team competed today at DCCC. Congrats to Trevor Bartz and John Stedje for place 24th and 26th out of 87 competitors.


The LHS Fall Musical, The Real Story of Little Red Riding Hood, is this weekend at the Community Center! There are 2 shows with different casts: Saturday at 7pm and Sunday at 2pm. Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for students. Proceeds will benefit Over Actors Anonymous.

Tribe Success Students: These students were recognized by their grade level teachers for outstanding work ethic, preparation for class, and many other attributes that translate into success here at LMS and beyond.



If your son or daughter uses an inhaler or Epipen, please remind them to bring it with them on Friday, November 15 for the LMS Community Service Day. Thank you!

LMS reminds you that our middle school students will be participating in Community Service Day on Friday, November 15 by raking leaves for the elderly or disabled. Please remind your child to bring a rake labeled with his/her name and gloves this week in preparation for Friday.
