We have a few open spots left for advertising in a professionally produced commercial on Gametime! 🎵📣 These ads play as the warmup music before all home sporting events—roughly 25-30 events throughout the year! Think of it as a Larned High School radio station, where each sport picks the songs for their warmups and commercials play randomly between tracks.
If your business is interested in supporting our student athletes by buying advertising on Gametime, please contact our Athletic Director, Roni Ettleman.
Don’t miss out on this fantastic opportunity to get your business noticed while supporting our students! #larnedpride #bettertogether

Scoring a perfect 380 out of 380 on the State Assessments is an incredible achievement, and that's why these exceptional students were honored twice for it yesterday! First, at the Pawnee County Commissioners meeting where Commissioners signed a Proclamation recognizing Outstanding Student Achievement in Academics. Later, they were honored again at our regular Board of Education meeting.
State Assessments are conducted across Kansas for grades 3-8 and 10th graders in late Spring 2024. Out of 152 students who took the tests in USD 495, only these four students achieved a 380, which is a perfect score at 100%. Additionally, achieving a Level 4 score, which is broader than a perfect score, demonstrates an excellent ability to understand and utilize the skills and knowledge necessary for postsecondary readiness.
Congratulations to Zephaniah Vagle (5th grade) for excelling in science and math assessments, Grace Kelty (3rd grade) for achieving perfect scores on ELA and math assessments, Amara Nwachukwu-Udaku (5th grade) for a perfect score on her ELA assessment, and Kolten Brabb (6th grade) for a perfect score on his math assessment! 🌟 #larnedpride #lesfamily
Congratulations to Gage Hammeke from Pawnee Heights for achieving a perfect score on his math assessment too! Gage was celebrated alongside all students from Pawnee County at the Pawnee County Commissioners meeting. #bettertogether
