We’re happy to announce that Cathy Demond, a 6th grade math teacher at LMS, has been chosen as September’s All-Star Staff Member! Known as "The Ultimate Team Player," Cathy always goes the extra yard to support her students and colleagues.
Students shared their appreciation, with one saying, "Mrs. Demond is really nice and amazing," and another saying, "she doesn’t let you get bullied." Her kindness and patience stand out, with many mentioning how she helps those in need. “She goes over the moon to help others,” one student shared.
Cathy’s positive energy and encouragement help students feel valued and work together. "She’s always encouraging us to be kind," said one student.
